About Me

My name is Laura Kautz, and I am the owner of Healing Corner Massage Therapy Inc. I have been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2008 and absolutely love this profession.  I strive to offer the highest quality of care to my clients. I am friendly, knowledgeable and care about all aspects of your treatment. I customize each visit to meet your specific needs, and I incorporate a variety of assessment, treatment and rehabilitation techniques that are best suited to you as an individual.

I was born and raised in Winnipeg, MB until 10-years-old and then relocated to become a Saskatchewan girl. I completed my high school diploma at Marion M. Graham Collegiate, in Saskatoon, before moving to Regina and starting my massage therapy program at Western College of Remedial Massage Therapies. I developed a special interest in rehabilitation and pregnancy massage. To this day, I keep up with continuing education to grow and add to my knowledge in these particular areas. With that said… This is not a place to come if you are looking for a relaxing massage! Relaxation is best left to other professionals who enjoy that field of study.

I’m proud and content to call Regina home. I enjoy living with my husband and 2 daughters in the NW corner of the city. In our spare time our family loves to travel and camp together. We love to explore new places and locations, and we are always up for new adventures or opportunities.

Qualifications and Training

  • Diploma for Remedial Massage Therapy at Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy (Swedish Massage)

  • Registered Massage Therapist with NHPC (pending transfer from MTAS Fall, 2023)

  • Specialize in pre-natal, induction and post-natal care

  • Infant Massage Therapist and Instructor

  • Pre and Post Sports Massage Therapy

  • Kinesthetic Taping

  • Oscillation Techniques and Applications Level 1

  • Indirect Techniques and Applications Level 1

  • Nerve Mobilization Techniques

  • Massage Cupping

  • Accept SGI injury claims

  • Standard first aid, mental health first aid and CPR-C/AED training

  • Currently training as a Medical Transcriptionist and Documentation Specialist
